A 2023 published CNBC report stated that nearly 2 out of every 3 consumers in 2022  were living paycheck to paycheck. Do you want to be included in this statistic? Regardless of income level, this seminar focuses on the basics of personal finance. Topics include savings, expenditures, money management, budgeting, and more. I utilize various engaging strategies, personal experiences, tips, and anecdotes  to start students on the right track or help steer the ship on an alternate course for adults already entrenched in the real world. This methodology helped me retire at age 52 even after a serious financial set-back 15 years earlier. Participants of this seminar also receive a copy of Wonder, Wisdom, Wealth & Wanderlust: A Guide to Navigate Life.

Note: Class size is typically <25 participants but I am flexible depending on intended audience.

This seminar is a continuation of Session I but with more personalization and hands-on activities. An in-depth dive into budgeting is the primary focus. It is culminated with investment information now that participants are on their way to having excess cash from adhering to the advice in both seminars.
